this is probably one of the comfiest mats Iâve tried! I just recommend to get a lighter color, I got the black one and it stains quite a bit. Canât say anything about durability because I havenât had it for a long time, but so far so good (expect the black stains lol).

I love this mat!
I have never liked exercising at home, but when I had to start doing some floor exercises for physical therapy, I knew I would be far more successful if I had the right tools. Enter this mat. What a game changer! I have bony knees so I needed a thicker mat. This one is perfect. I have been using it for several weeks now and I am so glad I made the investment. It comes with a handy carrying strap if you want to store it rolled up tight or take it to a gym or yoga studio. Some reviewers may have commented on the slight curl at both ends. IMO not a big deal. When I roll it out in the morning, I roll both ends the opposite direction and it helps to flatten them. I highly recommend!

Good Mat but drawbacks
The mat provides good support. However it never fully unfolded. Also it doesnât fit in any bag I can find.

Very cushy but my cat ruined it
My cat attacked this, so now my new mat is all torn up, haha. Itâs still usable, but little chunks are torn away. It has a different texture than I expected. This is a lot like the pad you would put under your sleeping bag, or a pad youâd kneel on when gardening. Itâs my fault for leaving it out; however, at this price I expected a durable and grippy surface. Itâs spongy, yet firm and cushioned. The thickness is ideal for my arthritis but the mat slides around a bit on my wooden floor, as it is not very grippy or dense. There is no odor, and the length and width are perfect for exercise with a child or cat.
