Me and my husband has been using these for over 3 months. They are durable and I love they have different sizes and can be doubled if needed. Only with they came with a second set of handles and door attach so I wouldn’t have to share.

Great to have handles on the bands
There is plenty of weight, and easy to choose what weight I want for each exercise. I have used it for over 3 months now and get a better work out each time I use it.

Great bands bad handles
The bands are great and provide a good amount of resistance. Can’t verify it’s the rated amount but they are plenty for me to get a good workout. The semi circle rings on the handles have a gap in them. The force from the bands has pulled the ring apart rather quickly so I had to replace them with carabiners. Overall great product but I’ve owned other cheap bands and they did not have this issue.
