Lots of ingredients combined to help with immune system , all organic and certified by “where food come from Organic”. No common allergens listed. 3 tabs a day, but I started with just one to see how I tolerated it, then moved on to 3. I take it with lunch, as the morning it feels a little too heavy on empty stomach, so later it is fine once I’ve eaten. No real taste, or even after taste.

This bottle of supplements includes 7 well known ingredients to support immunity and wellbeing. My bottle is good until 11/2026. What I do not like is 3 tablets a day. Yikes, it’s a bit much.
