Essential to Your Hygiene Routine!!
I just got the Dental Pod & I love it so much. Itâs so easy to use & gets the job done.I just started my Invisalign journey, but had a retainer from my previous braces experience & didnât realize that brushing with toothpaste is not only ineffective, but caused my previous retainer to deteriorate. This can result in abrasive texture to your retainer which in return can impact your teeth.However, I notice a huge difference in using the Dental Pod + the cleaning crystals to help me upkeep and maintain my aligners. So happy I discovered the Dental Pod. Itâs also incredibly compact (see reference to the Pod next to a 3-wick candle) so it wonât take up much space in the bathroom given it will need to be plugged into an outlet.Cleaning only takes 5 minutes & you donât need a ton of water to clean the retainers. I usually just take my aligners out and throw it in there while I eat so I can maximize my wear time. Itâs truly worth the investment and very happy that it also comes with a 12 month warranty as well.

The ZIMA dental pod is a great addition to my daily aligned care! I wish I had seen it sooner but it will get continued use when I go to retainers, next stage of orthodontic correction.It is compact, easy to use, has a built in timer, additionally there are some cleaning tablets included with initial purchase. I just ordered a 3 month supply of the tablets as they work great, leave a pleasant mint taste after cleaning, not the chemical aftertaste of 2 other brands that I have used in the past. The cleaning process is 5 minutes long, the aligners are then crystal clear and spotless.I highly recommend this product, I am delighted with it. Thank you ZIMA !

Easy to use and it works like a charm
My wife has a dental tray that she cleans with a toothbrush. It was never clear, but certainly darker than it should have been. Soaked it for 20 mins with one of the tablets that was included and then ran two cycles. It was much cleaner after 2 cycles. This is an older tray so itâs not likely to get back to the original, but 2 cycles and itâs much improved. I have a guard for snoring reduction. One cycle and thereâs no lore build up and it âtastesâ like itâs brand new. I run it every day (takes 5 mins) and the guard is like brand new.The unit takes up no space at all. Itâs great – definitely a worthwhile investment.

Great product. A real game changer.
My Invisalign retainers were looking dingy. I was using the tooth brush and it wasnât able to get the plaque out of the creases and nooks. I think the tooth brush was scratching them as well making cloudy. They did not taste clean either. On top of that, my son got Invisalign at the same time and he felt the same way. I also read somewhere that there could be bacteria and viruses harboring in them. The whole reason I got Invisalign was to save my teeth since it was hard to floss, so this all did not sound good to me to risk bacteria ruining my health and teeth. I started looking on Amazon for a solution. Maybe a spray or something. Then I saw the dental pod and it had great reviews. I bought it and it has been great. My retainers took a few cycles to really clean the first time but now I use it in the morning and before bed. So convenient and quick!! I love the zima tablets too. They are so superior to the Invisalign tablets. I am on a subscription which is super convenient and I won’t run out. The pod is so cute, quiet and easy to use. My retainers now always feel and look sparkly! I told my dentist about it and she has another patient who also bought one recently so my dentist is buying a few for her office to clean parents retainers while they are there. Iâm a teacher and I tell all my students with Invisalign to buy a pod as well. Itâs a real game changer!!!

Update – Great Service.
Update: I reached out to customer care and they replaced my unit with the pro within a week. Great service! I’ve been using it for a few days with good results. I like how the pro allows me to replace water / clean the unit without getting water in the plug.Original review: I loved my Zima for the first weeks, then it stopped working – less than a week after the return period closed. The design of the product makes it virtually impossible not to get water on/in the electrical outlet. I’m not sure if this is why my Zima stopped working or if it was a faulty on switch. Either way, it was an expensive item to use for 5-6 weeks. I see that the Pro version has addressed this issue. I wish I was aware of this when I made my purchase. Definitely do not buy the original, go for the pro which allows for removing the cleaning compartment from the charging base.

Needed a US adaptor to be able to use!! I specifically checked and was assured it came with an Australian power cord! It does not. Fortunately I have an adaptor so will give it a go. On first use, not impressive though, however do understand repeated use will give better results. Just am very disappointed that I have to use an Adaptor and this adaptor juts out over the bathroom vanity so is not a neat fit. For the price it should come as described!
