Just what I needed to sleep
I was struggling to sleep through the night. This helps me get 8 hours I donât take every night just on days when I have had a lot of work stress where it usually wakes me up at night. This doesnât have the same affect as regular NyQuil has where I feel groggy. Not at all groggy the next day when taking this.

For an over-the-counter sleep aid, I would say it works fine. It doesn’t knock you out like perhaps a sleeping pill would. But it makes me tired enough that falling asleep is easier. I went up to this from a sleep aid with the Walgreens name on it. That one didn’t seem to make me tired enough that I felt it was worth it. Now that I’m on CPAP, the noise that you hear from the breathing apparatus makes it a little bit harder to fall asleep so an aid like this is good help. Capsules are very easy to take.

We get these on a subscribe every 5 weeks. The last order, all the pills are stuck inside the packet. Maybe came from a flood area and got wet. Don’t know for sure. Box was sealed and packets are sealed.
