It was great. It didnât occur to me to wonder wt* Pete Townsend was doing in remote rural west TX until after I awoke and took on âwakingâ logic. Taste wise, these are the best âcandyâ in the universe. I wish they made these same gummies but minus the meds, then Iâd order these by the case and chow them all day long. I sleep deliciously, and I get to not just watch, but take part in cool, bizarre Dada flicks during my whole nap. I recommend.

I do like the taste. It feels like Iâm eating vitamin gummyâs. They are effective as they do make me sleepy. The side effect for me though, they do make me groggy in the morning. So I stopped taking them. To their defense though, I am very sensitive to medication/ vitamins. My husband does not feel the grogginess, so he continues to take them.

I was having difficulty sleeping for several months. (Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. Usually waking up at 1-2 in the morning just to wait for what seems like forever to get back to sleep.) By 6-7 AM my eyes were heavy and I was tired.I took the recommended serving before bed and it was the first time in a long time I I didn’t wake up until morning and felt well rested for the day.Fully recommend 10/10 stars.

These gummies work really well. I originally found the kidsâ version, which works wonders on my kids. Iâm not as big of a fan of the taste and texture of the adult version for the kids; however, they do work just as well but are a bit stronger. These are a great option for anyone that struggles with pills as the taste is pleasant. They work rather well as long as you give them a chance. I find taking them and lying down in bed and reading a book has been the most effective way to use these.I find that if I try and watch TV after taking these, I have a little bit harder time falling asleep versus reading my book. All that said, I would give these a try if you were looking for a melatonin supplement.
