Is setup required after receiving the package?
No, our intercoms are plug-and-play. They are pre-set to CODE A, GROUP 1, and different local numbers in advance.
What should I do if there are bubbles or scratches on the screen?
This is normal. The walkie-talkie screen has a protective film. If undesired, you may peel it off.
Suddenly hearing other voices on the intercom.
This may happen if nearby neighbors are also using our product (as they are pre-configured by default). Simply set all intercoms to CODE B and other GROUP channels (2~9).
Why did some functions disappear after the power failure？
After power failure, the automatic answering function, mute function, and replay function of the intercom need to be reset

We recently moved into a two story home and needed this to quickly communicate between rooms. This is easy to use and set up! If there were a better option I’d buy that
I wish you could just press a number and then the green talk button. I don’t like the whole ringing thing. In other words… if I know the person I’m trying to reach is sitting at station 2 then I don’t want to bother ringing station 2 and wait for them to answer the call. I just want to press 2 then the talk button and be talking to the person. To get around the call, ring, answer, talk process, we all just use the group talk feature by default but this is not a great work around

4 wireless intercomâs.
This came with 4 boxes each one had an intercoms and plug with them. Instructions are very simple. I use this every day being that we live in a 2 story house and I have to hear my wife yell out my kids names when she needs them. The all function very well. Press one number and my kids can hear it ring. No more yelling across the house to get kids attention this it great for places like ours. Itâs clear every range just donât have them too close to eachother youâll get that odd echo sound. The instructions will warn you about that.
