Probably the most horrible customer service in my entire life
I got this pre-used and I was told that packaging was damaged and they had verified in the make sure it worked that was not the case the court doesnât stay in it not only Q not connected because every time you turn around itâs disconnected, but because I bought this on a gift card They refused to replace it or return it in that time because the card is no longer active the people there would do nothing but say they will pause the chat not get me a supervisor not get me anybody to replace it. My warranty is until March 28. Today is March 15. I am a single mother. I thought this would help me in my home with my daughter but what theyâre doing is making me keep an eye on that doesnât work and thereâs nothing I can do with it because the card is inactive. All I wanted was a replacement.

Works with Wyze cameras
I bought two on 7/2/24 for $44.99 each! One was not working during set up, so I did a factory reset and it works perfectly. The second one was fine out of the box and worked without any problems. I had to add the Alexa app to my IPhone, so I could sync my Wyze cameras. Both Echo’s look brand new, without any marks, or scratches. In settings, you can control what pops up on your screen, it’s user friendly.

I got the Echo Show 5 because I had the older model and it was lost somehow when I moved. I got the Echo Show 5 Upgraded Model because, in the past, I have had good luck with Amazon, like new products. This works fine, and I saved money on it.
